To some it looks like vigilantism, to others it’s the very definition of civic responsibility. Either way, it’s an unusual hobby for Sean McIntyre and David Lauw who, on their daily commute from Modesto to San Jose, photograph carpool lane offenders and post these pictures on a web site.
