This week, the state of Massachusetts began issuing same-sex marriage licenses starting May 17th. While in California, over 4,000 same-sex marriages performed in San Francisco last month are in jeopardy of being nullified by the state’s Supreme Court. Host Lisa McRee checks in with S.F.’s Mayor Gavin Newsom about the fate of the gay marriages he authorized as well as his vision for that city’s role in Golden State politics.
