As the population in California’s Central Valley steadily grows, communities and farms are coming closer and closer together, which means Valley residents are increasingly exposed to the often harsh realities of agriculture. We examine the issue of pesticide drift and its impact on residential communities from the twin perspectives of a Valley resident turned environmental activist and a life-long farmer.
