REJECTED
In a continuing California Connected feature, we asked a group of high school students in northern San Diego county to debate whether California’s “three strikes” law is unjust. If so, should it be amended so that the third strike must be for a serious or violent felony, or could that let potentially violent criminals back on the street? Hear what these promising speech and debaters had to say on the controversial ten year-old law.
