For many voters, election day is not unlike an awkward first date: a darkened booth, a roomful of strangers, and declarations that sound too good to be true. To make sense of four of the 16 propositions on this years’ statewide ballot, Cris Franco takes them out for a night on the town. Four representatives from the Southern California League of Women Voters graciously personify propositions 59, 63, 65 and 1A.
