There is no doubt to the health benefits of regulary drinking water and staying hydrated. Many people meet that responsibilty by schlepping around a water bottle or keeping their favorite brand by their side at work. According to a recent study, that water bottle costs about 2000 times more than what comes out of the faucet and, often times, isn’t any better for you.
