how was the Sacramento river Salmon run restored so successfully and why can’t the same principles be applied to the Klamath? How can I get lists of all the policy level agencies, councils and orgaizations on all sides of this issue as well as names and email contacts? I am a private individual with a recreational history on the Klamath and it’s tributaries. I seek to bring private sector talents and resources to bear on this problem and deeply value your help. thanks for the stirring work done on this piece. with appreciation, Russ Warner
