In Hollywood, Arnold Schwarzenegger built his career on three famous words: “I’ll be back.” What followed was a string of blockbuster movies and sequels which catapulted him from Mr. Universe to an international action hero.
Now those same three words have set the tone for his political re-birth and anticipated re-election as California’s governor.
